As our Head of Sales, you’ll craft and execute a sales strategy that’s aligned with our mission. You’ll lead by example, build a top-notch sales team, and forge meaningful relationships that drive growth and change.

What you will do

Strategy with Focus: Develop a sales plan that aligns with our people-first approach, focusing on high-impact opportunities.
Lead with Purpose: Build and inspire a team that shares our values and ambition.
Drive Growth: Identify and pursue new markets, all while staying true to our mission.
Build Genuine Relationships: Nurture client partnerships that go beyond transactions, focusing on mutual growth and impact.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with product, engineering, and marketing to ensure seamless execution.
Champion Customer Success: Ensure our clients are not just satisfied but thrilled with our services.

For this role you will need

Experience: 7+ years in tech sales, 3+ years in a people leadership role.
Value Alignment: You believe in focus, putting people first, and making a difference.
Leadership: You inspire teams and lead with a clear, focused vision.
Communication: You build trust and strong relationships with clients and teams alike.
Strategic Thinking: You turn data into action focusing on impactful outcomes.
