Assistant to the CEO

About this role
The CEO's Assistant will play a pivotal role in supporting our CEO by managing communications, coordinating with key partners (such as data centers and energy companies), and organizing meetings. The ideal candidate is highly organized, a skilled communicator, and capable of managing day-to-day tasks and more significant projects as the company scales. You’ll be expected to anticipate the needs of the CEO and help the business run smoothly during this exciting period of rapid growth.
What you will do
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and external partners such as data centers, energy companies, and other stakeholders. Ensure timely communication and follow-up on critical matters.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, scheduling across time zones, and ensuring proper follow-up on action items. Help the CEO prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Assist the CEO with key operational projects, including communication with data centers, managing partnerships, and tracking milestones. Ensure the CEO is kept up-to-date with project statuses and deadlines.
  • Plan and manage the CEO’s travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and meeting schedules. Help organize company events or partner meetings when needed.
  • Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations for internal and external purposes. Ensure all documentation is professional, transparent, and delivered on time.
  • Maintain positive and effective relationships with partners, clients, and vendors, and help manage any operational tasks related to these relationships.
  • Handle additional tasks such as managing expenses, organizing documents, and maintaining records to help the CEO focus on high-priority items.
For this role you will need
  • Experience:
    • 1+ years of experience in an executive assistant or operational support role, ideally in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment.
    • Experience communicating and coordinating with external partners.
  • Skills:
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with excellent attention to detail.
    • Practical communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or similar).
    • Able to manage complex schedules and juggle multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
    • Fluent in the English language.
  • Attributes:

    • High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential matters.
