As the Site Reliability Engineering Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing an experienced team, managing, developing, and implementing operations, systems, and infrastructure.
What you will do
  • Lead, mentor, and support the site reliability team in daily activities and long-term skill development.
  • Build robust and highly scalable systems that support our growth.
  • Serve as the point of contact for evaluating new ideas, reviewing innovation proposals, and ensuring they align with strategic goals, business value, and architectural standards.
  • Promote innovation and automation within teams, making project priorities and participation decisions.
  • Lead the advancement of modern automation and observability functions across all areas.
  • Collaborate with customers and support teams to ensure our infrastructure and deployment practices enhance end-user experience and satisfaction.
  • Complete other tasks as necessary to contribute to the progress of the company.
For this role you will need
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • At least ten years of related experience with a minimum of five years in a leadership role within a high-growth technology company.
  • Demonstrated experience scaling infrastructure during significant growth phases.
  • Strong project management skills and proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • A strategic thinker who can dive deep into technical details when necessary.
  • Strong working knowledge of Linux operating systems and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience with storage technologies and solutions, including storage management and optimization techniques.
  • Experience with cloud platforms, familiarity with virtualization technologies, understanding of networking principles, and relevant certifications are preferred but not required.
