Talent Acquisition Specialist (Maternity Leave Cover)

We’re seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team on a fixed-term basis to cover a maternity leave. This role is expected to last approximately 8-9 months starting in mid-April 2025.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our growth journey. You’ll be responsible for attracting, identifying, and hiring top talent that aligns with our company culture and vision. Working closely with leadership and various departments, you will ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.

Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding.
Build a robust talent pipeline, utilize various sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, networking events, and direct outreach.
Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, acting as a brand ambassador for our company.
Work closely with the team leads to understand hiring needs and craft detailed job descriptions and specifications.
Help develop and promote our employer brand to attract top talent, highlighting our unique culture and growth opportunities.
Track and analyse recruitment metrics to refine and improve the hiring process and ensure we meet our hiring goals.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment.
Strong sourcing and networking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and team members.
Previous experience in a high growth start-up, scale-up or tech company.
Fluent in English: both written and spoken.
