The Solutions Architect will serve as a key technical advisor, bridging customer needs with DataCrunch’s advanced solutions. This role involves guiding customers in service selection, leading technical discovery sessions, and delivering impactful presentations and product demonstrations. Additionally, the position contributes to product development through customer feedback and industry insights, while supporting sales teams with technical strategies and RFP responses.

Responsibilities:

Technical & Pre-Sales:

Serve as a technical advisor to customers, helping them with hardware scoping, hardware and software services selection, and assessing custom engineering needs.
Conduct training sessions for customers and provide initial troubleshooting for technical issues.
Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer requirements, challenges, and business objectives.
Create and deliver compelling technical presentations and product demonstrations.

Product & Market Intelligence:

Provide customer feedback to product, engineering, and ML teams to influence the product roadmap.
Stay current with AI/ML industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies.

Sales Support & Business Development:

Partner with the sales team to qualify opportunities and develop winning technical strategies.
Support RFP/RFI responses with technical content and architecture recommendations.
Build trusted advisor relationships with key technical stakeholders at customer organizations.
Help customers understand the ROI and business value of DataCrunch's solutions.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in cloud architecture, network engineering, developing, or similar technical role.
Experience working in customer-facing roles with cross-functional teams.
Expertise in cloud services including compute, storage, networking and security.
Ability to solve problems and troubleshoot complex issues.
Strong written and spoken communication skills in English.
(Preferred, not required): Understanding of GPU computing practices, ML training and inference workloads, GPU software stack, as well as DevOps practices including container orchestration.
