We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Revenue Operations Administrator to join our team. This role is critical in optimizing our process and ensuring smooth revenue lifecycle management. You will collaborate closely with sales, finance, and operations teams to maintain seamless workflows, manage our CRM system, and support the overall efficiency of our revenue operations.

Responsibilities:

Keep the CRM system up to date, ensuring all customer information, quotes, contracts, and statuses are accurate and accessible.
Create and manage quotes and invoices while keeping track of key dates such as contract renewals and expirations.
Provide administrative support to the sales team by ensuring all relevant customer data and documentation are readily available.
Maintain an organized and efficient system for revenue operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in sales, finance, or revenue operations, preferably within a start-up or scale-up environment.
Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Proficiency in working with CRM systems.
Basic understanding of the quote-to-cash process.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and spoken communication skills in English.
