Linux System Administrator (Customer Support)

Responsibilities:


  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer technical issues via our customer support channels.
  • Resolve easy to mid-level customer issues and escalate complex problems to senior engineers when necessary.
  • Build and maintain a knowledge base for recurring issues, ensuring continuous improvement in our customer support processes.
  • Support the development of tools for customer support automation.
  • Track key support metrics to identify trends and proactively improve customer experience.
  • Assist in designing and implementing customer support workflows and information exchange processes.
  • Support the Infrastructure team with various tasks during off-time, allowing you to gain deeper technical expertise.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience as a System Administrator or in a similar technical support role.
  • Proficiency in Linux, Docker, SQL, and basic networking.
  • Strong people skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
  • Experience working with REST APIs and virtualization technologies (KVM).
  • Familiarity with bash or Python scripting for troubleshooting purposes.
  • Basic understanding of AI/HPC environments.
  • Knowledge of server, network, and storage performance tuning.
