Lead Network Engineer

We’re seeking an exceptional Lead Network Engineer with extensive expertise in network technologies. In this pivotal role, you will take the lead in designing, implementing, and managing our sophisticated network infrastructure, ensuring it delivers top-tier performance, security, and scalability.

Responsibilities:

Lead the design, deployment, and optimization of scalable, high-performance network architectures, ensuring seamless integration of solutions.
Act as the subject matter expert for network technologies, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting networks to ensure high availability and security.
Design and manage network fabrics, optimizing performance for low-latency, high-throughput data communications.
Implement and maintain robust security measures, including firewalls, VPNs, and compliance with industry standards.
Mentor engineers, collaborate with cross-functional IT teams, and lead network-related projects to meet business objectives.
Complete other tasks as necessary to contribute to the progress of the company.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in network engineering, with at least 3 years in a lead or senior role.
Proficiency in working with Linux operating systems.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with network fabrics such as InfiniBand or RoCE.
Cisco certifications or training (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, CCIE) are desirable.
