Responsibilities:

• Help deploy, maintain, and scale our observability platform to serve infrastructure, engineering, security, and operation teams.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to help identify and troubleshoot issues faster.
• Support internal teams with dashboards, alerts, and data visualizations to improve reliability, performance, and reporting.
• Ensure systems are scalable and resilient, with automated lifecycle management.
• Continuously help improve observability tooling and practices to keep up with modern trends and best practices.
• Structuring and formatting logs and metadata
• Building documentation around the deployment and usage of the observability platform.

Qualifications:

• Grafana stack (Grafana, Loki, Mimir, Alloy)
• ELK/Opensearch stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana, Fluentd, Filebeat, Metricbeat)
• Prometheus-related tools (Prometheus, Thanos, Cortex, Exporters)
• Strong Linux skills
• NetFlow, syslog, and related networking observability tools
• Automation tools like Ansible or similar
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills, additional languages are a bonus

Nice-to-haves:

• Kubernetes monitoring & observability practices
• Influx stack (Telegraf, InfluxDB)
• Experience with OpenStack environments
• SecDevOps or SecOps experience
• PagerDuty experience
