Practicalities

  • Onsite mode: This role requires presence in our office 5 days per week. Don’t worry—you won’t be alone or hangry there.
  • Location: Helsinki, Finland.
  • Employment type: Full-time (37,5 hours per week) and fixed-term (4 months). Possible continuation depending on your internship performance.
  • Start date: July 2025.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the installation, configuration and maintenance of hardware and software systems.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including system backups and updates.
  • Provide technical support to employees and assist with resolving IT-related problems.
  • Document system configurations, processes, and procedures.
Qualifications:
  • Vocational qualification in IT.
  • Troubleshooting skills.
