Responsibilities:
  • Reinstall and update operating systems
  • Support customers with basic requests (e.g., password resets, troubleshooting)
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues with guidance from senior team members
  • Learn about networking (TCP/IP, DNS, etc.) and apply it in real cases
Qualifications:
  • Basic experience with the Linux command line
  • Ability to follow instructions carefully and learn fast
  • Clear communication skills — including explaining technical issues to non-technical users
  • Bonus: experience in customer support at a web hosting or internet provider, or similar
Who you are
  • You might have some customer support or IT helpdesk background (6+ months is already great)
  • Or you’re a Linux enthusiast eager to gain real-world experience
  • You’re practical, reliable, and motivated to build your career in tech

Assessment Process:
  1. Introduction chat with the TA Partner (20-30 mins): Learn more about DataCrunch and share your career aspirations.
  2. Technical assignment.
  3. Interview with hiring manager.
  4. Final interview (30 mins) with CTO.
