Practicalities
  • On-site mode: This role requires presence in our Kamppi office ideally 5 days per week. Don’t worry, you won’t be alone or hangry there.
  • Level of expertise: Entry-level.
  • Duration: 3 months.
Your responsibilities
  • Acting as first-line support for customer queries on our products
  • Troubleshooting customer container deployments.
  • Monitoring server performance, removing problematic servers, and troubleshooting issues.
Your key competencies
  • Containers & management – Kubernetes, Docker Compose, Portainer, or similar.
  • Linux – do you run a homelab or a personal server?
  • Coding & automation – shell scripting, small automations.
  • Any experience in the ML field – hobby projects are valid here.
  • Any technical support experience.
  • Engineering mindset.
  • Curiosity and motivation to learn.
  • Interest in the ML field is a plus.

3. Final interview (30 mins) with CTO.
