About the role
As a Senior Storage Engineer, you’ll be the go-to expert for Ceph within DataCrunch. You’ll play a key role in expanding, tuning, and scaling our storage systems to support a rapidly growing AI cloud. Your work will directly impact the performance and reliability of our services, from high-performance compute clusters to customer-facing workloads.
You’ll collaborate closely with the Cloud and Backend teams to ensure seamless integrations, while also driving automation and troubleshooting complex issues. Beyond engineering, you’ll contribute to shaping the long-term direction of our storage strategy - moving towards OpenStack, scaling services across clouds, and ensuring our infrastructure is both resilient and future-proof.
This is a hands-on role where your expertise in Linux, automation, and large-scale Ceph deployments will help define the backbone of DataCrunch’s AI cloud.
