Practicalities
  • On-site mode: This role requires presence in our Kamppi office  5 days per week. Don’t worry - you won’t be alone or hangry there. (We keep a stocked fridge…)
  • Level of expertise: Entry-level.
  • Duration: 6 months.
Your responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via multiple channels (ticketing system, slack, etc.)
  • Guide customers through account setup, billing questions, and service configurations
  • Troubleshoot basic connectivity and access issues for services
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate case records
  • Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate teams
  • Monitor status dashboards and communicate service disruptions to customers
Your key competencies
The ideal candidate is self-motivated, curious about emerging AI Cloud technologies, and thrives in ambiguous situations where fast problem-solving is essential. You'll need to balance independence with knowing when to seek guidance, making this perfect for someone ready to accelerate their career in the AI/cloud space.
  • Basic understanding of cloud operations
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Nice to have

  • Previous customer support experience
  • Technical experience working with Cloud services (AWS, GCP, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of virtualization concepts & GPUs
  • Additional language skills (French, Spanish, German, etc.)
  • Knowledge of AI tools and platforms
